Software defects within one year from date of purchase. Software warranty will be voided, if the customer didn't update the OS in proper manner. Example: Battery should be charged more than 60%, stronger wifi connection should be connected. If technitian found any unauthorized or improper OS intallation, customer will be charged for the service.
2. Manufacture defects within seven(07) days from the date of purchase. After 07 days, only eligible for software warranty - condition apply.*
• Warranty doesn’t cover:
1. Physical damages drop damages, water damages, touch display, burn mark etc.
2. Hardware damages power fluctuation, no power, improper operation etc.
•If Customer purchase with 01 year Hardware warranty, Life Mobile will be providing 01 year claimable warranty for Motherboard of the phone only. If any physical or Liquid damages occur, warranty will be voided. We'll try to repair the mother board first. If it fails, we'll replace the motherboard.
• Please also note that phone to phone replacement cannot be done under any circumstance.
• Warranty cannot be transferred under any condition.
• Any alteration in the warranty bill will not be entitled for warranty claim at Life Mobile (Pvt) Ltd.
• Warranty claim undertaken will require a period of 21 to 28 working days.For Apple devices International warranty(Courier cost Will be charged), Apple company will claim the warranty. If any customer faults as drop damages, water damages, touch display, burn mark etc., warranty will be voided.
