Goods Return Policy:

Goods purchased cannot be returned unless having a fault or damage upon delivery. Warranty period of the products are mentioned in each product listed for sale. All electronics and electrical items will have a minimum 6 month warranty. In case of a warranty claim, the item should be brought to the clicknshop.lk customer care center or to one of the designated warranty claim points if the warranty is issued by the product agent. Refunds

If you cancel your order, or return a product due to a manufacturing defect any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of you cancelling your order. The refunds which we process via the Credit card Internet Payment Gateway will take up to 2 weeks at bank’s end to be processed and reflect in your card statement.
